Plimpton supports the replacement of tablet quality problems, such as battery failure, fast power consumption, inability to boot, and screen problems, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Does it support fast charging or a mobile phone charger?

The kids20 tablet does not support fast charging. It is best to use the original charger (10W, 5V/2A), which is more beneficial to battery health and will not consume power too quickly.

Why only 4GB instead of 12GB?/How to extend virtual memory?

Kids20 tablet has 12(4GB real + 8GB virtual) GB RAM

Paths: Settings > System > Memory Extension > Find RAM extend > Click and Select the desired expansion size (up to 8GB) >After selection, Click “REBOOT NOW” in the pop-up box > Expansion successful

Why can’t I download xxx app?

Method 1: Settings> APPS> Google Play Store> Storage > Click to clear the data.

If it doesn’t work, try method 2.

Method 2: Go to setting> APPS > Select the Google Play Market application and click Uninstalled Update > Reinstall the required APK
