The Joie Chive is Joie’s very first convertible stroller, designed to grow with your family. It can be purchased as a single or a double, with two identical seats, each capable of holding up to 50 pounds. (Note: when the bottom seat is parent-facing, the weight limit is 35 pounds.) One standout accessory available is the removable storage basket, which can be positioned on the top or bottom of the frame for extra, easy-to-reach storage—alongside the already generous under-seat basket.
The Chive is designed with simplicity in mind. Built-in lower adapters pop out when you’re ready to add a second seat or optional basket, while the upper seat easily shifts higher on the frame to make room. You can choose from three seating positions: the top (highest), the middle (default single mode), and the bottom (used when adding a second seat or basket).

Is the Joie Chive newborn compatible?
Yes, you can use the Joie Chive from birth with a Joie infant car seat – the adapters are included! Otherwise, the stroller seat can be used at about 3 months+.
